Anna Zsófia Kormos
I am a Budapest- and São Paulo-based curious mind working across smart textiles, wearable technology, and styling. With a PhD in smart and wearable technology, my practice grows from a fascination with the human body, somatic experience, and the subtle dialogue between material, technology, and embodiment. I have gained experience in the film industry and in styling, spanning the full process from design to evaluation. Grounded in body awareness and feminist perspectives, my work approaches clothing as both an intimate interface and a cultural statement. Moving fluidly between research and fashion, I explore how garments—our second layer—can sense, respond, and tell narratives about the bodies that wear them.
